I am a Food Scientist (MS) with over a decade of product development experience within the food industry.

I have worked in technical and creative roles across a variety of categories and company sizes - from startups to multinational brands, and everything in between. From 2020 to 2023, I developed and launched my brand Smashed Fruit, a non-dairy yogurt made from fruit, as a solo-founder.

I am passionate about projects at the intersection of climate innovation and consumer goods.
